usually when i think about dubya i think, "git 'er dooooooone," but right now i'm so frustrated by his very existence that all i can think is that sound people make when they're trying to scream in their sleep.

Would have been nice if he taken responsibility a LONG time ago. I mean, it's not like he is supposed to be running the country or anything ....

Can you say "a day late and a dollar short?"

But what does that admission really mean? Does he just mean it in a general sense--since I'm the Prez, I guess y'all can say I'm responsible? Is he going to stand up and admit that he shouldn't have shifted money away from disaster preparedness and into Iraq?

I think he means, "Geez, y'all seem real upset and I'd like you to start liking me again, so I'm gonna say I'm sorry and maybe you'll all go back to talking about something else."

Oh my god.

Did you actually read the whole story?

LIke the part where he said reconstruction efforts will be focused on things like waiving environmental regs?

ARGH.
