Why is it that kids never start getting sick in the daytime?

And only exhibit symptoms for the first time at midnight?

Muffin Man has a yucky stomach virus. The good news is that even though he threw up twice last night (requiring two bed changes), and he's got a fever of 100.1, he's feeling pretty chipper.

We just got back from the Ped.'s. Negative for strep. He's on the couch in his jammies and bathrobe, watching The Incredibles. So far, he's keeping the chicken soup he had for breakfast down.

Hope y'all are having a healthier weekend than we are.

Oy. I hope he feels better soon, and you have no more middle-of-the-night laundry runs.

So sorry to hear that, guys. I hope it is a 24hr thing and is gone soon!

Aw, I hope he feels better soon. It does always seem like illness hits at night, doesn't it? Once we had a stomach virus go through the family, and each of us got hit with it in the middle of the night on various nights.

Sorry to hear about MM. Here's hoping it will pass as quickly as it came.

Ergh. I hope MM is feeling better soon and your laundry woes come to a quick end. (And that he doesn't share it either!)

Ouch. I hope MM feel better soon. Yeah, illness seems to make its grand appearance in the middle of the night. Hope you get some rest too.

Ooh yucko. I hope it's all cleared up now. I hate the gastro. Hang in there folks.

Poor guy. I hope he is feeling better today.

I think there is a memo passed around in the hospital nursery that informs the babies they can only get sick at night or any time after business hours for the pediatrician.
