I think I may cry...

WGMS, our local classical music station, which has been on the air for almost 60 years, may get sold to the Redskins so that they can have yet another sports-talk outlet.

Both NPR stations here are all news/talk shows all the time. Sigh.

Makes me so mad too!!! I wish WETA could be made to go back to classical - they're a public station and should be providing it as a public service, and they got out of it in part by saying there was a private classical station. Grrrrrrrrr.
