Props also to my mom and to you

My mom lives in NY, as y'all know. She made calls to PA and OH every day and went down to PA to register voters. I'm so proud!

I'm proud to know all of you, too. Proud of the work you all did and the votes you all cast. You inspired me with the things you wrote. There are many of you who I kept in my thoughts all day yesterday -- including one who voted for McCain but who will be helped enormously by the proposed healthcare policies of Obama.

I hope those proposals become reality.

Hugs and kisses

Way to go, Liz's mom! I'm especially grateful that your hard work kept PA, the state I grew up in, nice and blue.

You guys need to know just how much Liz was a part of making this happen. She's never been to a county party committee meeting, yet person after person came to me at our victory party last night to tell me how Liz has amazed them. She goes everywhere, she does everything, and she takes care of everyone. Phone calls. Recruits. Triple-shift canvassing. Pamphleteering. Getting up at 0400 to open a polling place she closed at 1900, after being there all day.

All.

Day.

And she has a job. And a son. And me.

For those of you who do not know it, get this: No force on Earth can stop her, because my wife runs on Atomic Power!
