Lindt Excellence Extra Fine Dark Chocolate (70% Cocoa): A Review

Whoa nellie! That is some bitter after taste!

  1. For me, the mystery is "why is that tagged 'butter'"?

Anyway, if it's too strong to just eat, bake it up in a glorious chocolate cake!

I am all about Green and Black's Maya Gold. Phil Rickman re-earned my undying faithfulness when he had two of his characters eat it as a treat.

Don't go any higher as they get worse...must admit i do like DOVE Dark though, seems smoother and not bitter. Let me know what you think, or if you find any others worth eating

  4. I tried Rapunzel dark chocolate recently, and found it much better than the Lindt. It's conched (is that the right word?) longer, which seems to take away the bitter aftertaste.
