it's a stage, mostly.my son went to an away camp for a week, and when he got back, i asked if there was hot water in the showers. he had that deer-in-headlights look and said something like, uuuhhhhhh.....
If my son's demonstrated knowledge base provides any guide, we can conclude that it is in fact way harder than rocket science.
A lesson I am trying to impart to my children...I thought it would be an easy one but I was wrong.
