We use instant decaf coffee instead of instant espresso--just add a bit more than called for.

I have a recipe called "Mile High Chocolate Cake". I'll email it to you. It's divine!
ReplyDeleteI like a beetroot chocolate cake, but I'm pretty sensitive to caffeine and my favourite recipe has 300g of dark chocolate in it. A slice of that can bet me badly wired...the beetroot and chocolate is a great combo, and the cake takes on a really cool blood-red chocolate colour. I'll see if I can find the recipe for you.
