New Car

Well, a new used car.

A very low-mileage 1998 Toyota Camry. 4 doors, I can see over the steering wheel and reach the pedals without needing to turn off the airbag. Green with beige interior.

It's nimble and just the right size for the three of us.

Staples and stitches come out Tuesday.

I am really very grateful that it wasn't worse. It could have been so much worse.

I've got a Camry, and while I wouldn't call it nimble, I guess it might feel that way after a mini-van :-) This reinforces my desire to not own a mini-van though.

Wishing you a long, safe ride in your new car.

I don't want to sound weird or stalker-ish, but I feel like I know you from somewhere. I have been racking my brain for the past 15 minutes and I just cannot place you. But you look so familiar. I am originally from the San Diego area, but I did live in Arlington about 10 years ago. I also lived in Seattle in the early to mid 90's. Am I totally off my rocker?

Crista, where did you work when you were in Arlington?

I'm glad that you're okay. Things can always be worse. Hope you continue to recover well!

By the way, I'm curious about where you got your car. I live in Northern Virginia and I know my next car will be a used one. Where did you get yours?

I got it at Lindsay Volkswagon, a dealership that I can recommend highly.

I'll write a post about why tomorrow.
