Well, that's a relief

Muffin Man and I walked into Miss G.'s classroom this morning, his fourth day at his new school. I took off his coat and, as I turned to hang it up, he ran to Miss G. yelling, "I'm wearing my watch!"

He barely wanted to take the time to give me kisses and push me out.

I guess you could say he's settled in.

I am laughing out loud! That is so cute and so true of how resilient kids can be; change is almost always harder on us.

Aaah...it's funny...

We want them to run off and be happy and have fun, but still miss us just a teensy bit...

Glad he's gotten settled so well!

Awesome. He sounds adorable.

But, um, I think we're due for more artwork....?

How old is MM again? MisterSpiffy loved his watch from 3 1/2-almost 4. He's now pretty much abandoned it, but boy did he love the watch.

I'm glad to hear that he's asjusting so well. Those shifts are so very stressful--on the parent! (Am I making the right decision? Will kiddo be upset? How upset? How do I explain it's relaly the best thing? etc etc.)

Hey - sounds like the transitional daycare may be the one you need - the most important thing (I think, anyway) is how happy they are when they are there - you can teach them what you need to when they're with you! Miss G sounds like a keeper.

So glad to hear that he is settling in well! It must make it so much easier for you to go through the day!
