Me too, though I hesitated for a minute over the electrical charge of a "neuron" [sic]. A neuron in its resting state *is* charged (negatively, according to Google). However, the multiple choice possibilities suggested that the question contains an all-important typo and is actually about the electrical charge of a neutron (which also fits more with my sense of the material covered in 8th grade science). So, I answered as if the question were about neutrons and got it right...
