And now I look more closely and see that it's already on DVD. Jeez. I used to know what was getting released. Not so many years ago a movie by a favorite director like Nolan would never have snuck by me. Now I'm feeling out of touch.
But I LIKE science fiction. And I just read the book and it's actually heavy into the science fiction, but much less of a good story. The movie is much, much better. I'll go into why I think so at some later date.

That's exactly what I've heard from everyone who's seen it.
I hadn't even heard of it, but a new film by Christopher Nolan? How quickly can I line up a babysitter?

OTOH, it's on my Netflix queue now.
I liked seeing it at the theater, but then it would take a lot of work to mess up something with those leads!
Good to know. *nods*
But didn't the ending make you angry?
It seemed unfair to go from a realistic movie to science fiction ....

OK, I've seen it now and I liked it a lot. The science fiction ending didn't bother me at all--I liked the ending.
