For me, the mystery is "why is that tagged 'butter'"?

Anyway, if it's too strong to just eat, bake it up in a glorious chocolate cake!

I am all about Green and Black's Maya Gold. Phil Rickman re-earned my undying faithfulness when he had two of his characters eat it as a treat.

Don't go any higher as they get worse...must admit i do like DOVE Dark though, seems smoother and not bitter. Let me know what you think, or if you find any others worth eating

I tried Rapunzel dark chocolate recently, and found it much better than the Lindt. It's conched (is that the right word?) longer, which seems to take away the bitter aftertaste.
