- The lamb turned out really good, except that I over-cooked it. Next time I'll put in the probe thermometer.
- Speaking of probes, my past has passed muster and I'm starting work Tuesday.

Overdone is typically how we serve lamb here (weird) but people are slowly changing. I like the sound of that recipe. There is a killer curried lamb leg recipe that I love. I'll see if i can post it for you!
