Mmm....garlic

I made pesto again today, using the basil, parsley, and mint from our Aerogarden. And 8 cloves of garlic. (Oh! and olive oil, cheese, and pine nuts).

10 hours and 7 scrubbings later and my hands are still perfuming the air with their pungent aroma.

I can't wait to eat the sauce over rotelle tomorrow night.

"Wash" your hands with a stainless steel spoon to remove the odor. Fresh lemon juice is good, too.

I loooooove pesto =) Liz, I think we're long-lost twinsies or something ;)

Mmmm, yummy. The smell of garlic doesn't bother me at all.

So THAT'S what I was smelling.

You should charge your neighbors (and the county) for vampire deterrence services provided.

Hey-it's expensive, but Crabree and Evelyn makes a "cook's hand soap" that is citrus-claims to take garlic off the hands, and really works. But, like I said, it's expensive. But it works. But it costs a lot of money. But it's good. Ask for it for Mother's day cuz...it's expensive.
