While I'm sorry that The Powers That Be did not choose your speech, I'm grateful that I got to read it, and that I know it's author.
Like madeleine said, it IS their loss.
Yeah. Bugger, but like everyone else, your speech really moved me too, and I'm glad I got to read it. Graduation speeches that I've heard live have never been very inspiring (except the one that Nelson Mandela gave, when he accepted an honourary docorate. I was singing in the choir for the ceremony) Yours was very inspiring!
